  • Although I have not read this book yet, I work with the company the authors own and this is a great concept. Inbound Marketing gets your web site building a following in a very short time. When done right most companies can triple their traffic in as little as tree months. I am sure this book will be loaded with great tips because this is what the authors do, promote and sell. They are experts and you will be amazed at how this stuff works.

If you are not using inbound marketing you are falling behind at a rapid pace.

Ok, I wanted to come back and add comments after I started reading this book and all I can say is EXCELLENT! and a must read for companies trying to learn about building a stronger online presence. There is a “To Do” list toward the back of the book that is well worth the investment. If all these steps are done you will greatly improve your Inbound Marketing ten-fold. Stop reading right now and just buy this book!

  • There is so much valuable advice and info in this book, it’s one you’d better read more than just once or twice. You’re bound to miss something important if you don’t. I cleared out all my other marketing texts the day I finished it. No joke. This is legitimate. Try it and see if I’m not right. Think I’ll go read the last chapter again.

  • Dinh Le says:

After reading the book, I felt that this book would be an invaluable resource for someone that is new to using google, social media, blogs, and twitter in order to get found by others. The information is well organized in one convenient place so you don’t have to run around the internet searching for all the pieces of information and figuring out which one is right or wrong.

Now for those who have been doing it for some time, this would serve more as a review and fill in details that you have skipped over while learning how everything works since most people learn as they go.

I was in the latter category, but still found some concepts and tidbits that were useful/interesting. Definitely work checking out.

  • I really enjoyed the valuable information this book had to offer. Shah and Halligan enlighten and instruct you on common sense initial steps into transforming your website from a static object into a social entity via social media and blogging. Much of the advise is very intuitive to understand and even simpler to implement; all it takes is patience and determination. Me and my coworkers have all read this book as a helpful guide for our social media experimentation and we are already starting to see promising results!
