In order to join and use one of these sites you will have to give up your own name and number before you will be granted access. So while these directories have quite a few names and numbers they are far from complete, making a successful search largely hit and miss.

3. Join a National Cellular Phone Registry website – This is your best option when it comes to looking up someone’s cell phone number. It will cost you a nominal fee in the $20-$40 range but these sites will give you access to hundreds of millions of cellular records which gives you a high probability of finding the number you are looking for.
